Step 1: Select a Service Provider
Selecting a Ticket to Work provider is an important step. We know your time is valuable and that you may be researching other Employment Networks. If you haven't done so already, check out our video on how to select a service provider. This will help you determine if our services and the Ticket program are a good fit for your employment goals.
Step 2: Let Us Know You're Interested!
If you think Human Solutions is the right fit for you, please complete our online Interest Form. Once the form is submitted, we will contact you to schedule an appointment. We pride ourselves in providing prompt service. With that in mind, we do our best to get back with you in 1-2 business days.
Please note that Ticket assignments are reviewed by our team and accepted on a case-by-case basis. The Client Interest Form is a way for us to begin the evaluation process and assess the individual needs of each Ticket holder. It is not a guarantee of enrollment into the program
Step 3: Develop Your Individual Work Plan
If we mutually agree to move forward with the enrollment process, the next step is to develop your Individual Work Plan (IWP). This plan includes your career or educational goal and the supports and services you may need to reach them. We will develop this plan together and send it to you either electronically or by mail for your signature and approval. Once we receive your signed IWP, you will receive an acknowledgement receipt by e-mail. Be sure to add us to your "safe" list so you will receive our e-mails with out delay.
