It has been very helpful for me to have the support of Human Solutions in finding work that is appropriate for my particular needs, including wanting to work at my own pace, and with little supervision (independently.) Over the last couple years, we have worked together to create a plan of action, which has recently paid off, since I found a great job, doing what I love: Teaching music to seniors. As well, Human Solutions supported me in my quest to have my health needs accommodated, by creating a fragrance-free environment for my class, not only to protect my health (I am chemically-sensitive,) but also, to provide a better environment where ALL are able and welcome to sing...
