Founded in 2004 by Lisa Brown, Human Solutions' staff have over 30+ years of combined experience working with people with disabilities. With experience developing, managing, and providing direct service programs to the community, Human Solutions is dedicated to supporting and empowering Social Security beneficiaries as they make the important decision to return to work.
Meet the Team!
Lisa Brown, the President of Human Solutions, has a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Psychology from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC). She has been passionate about providing workforce development and disability-related services to government, community-based organizations, and businesses for 15+ years. She holds multiple certifications in the workforce development field including certification as a Global Career Development Facilitator-Instructor (GCDF-I).
Through Human Solutions, Lisa manages a "virtual" Employment Network, serving Social Security beneficiaries in over 30 states. Lisa has extensive experience providing both technical assistance and training to Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) funded programs and their partners. Recent projects include the development of several comprehensive staff capacity building training programs focused on the workforce development needs of individuals with criminal histories, disabilities, veterans, and mature workers. Lisa was also the curriculum designer for California’s State as a Model Employer online training series, a curriculum for human resource professionals designed to increase employment, promotion, and equitable treatment of persons with disabilities in State employment.
Lisa is the previous Board Chair of the National Employment Network Association (NENA) and proudly served in the United States Navy during Operation Desert Storm. Lisa currently lives on a farm in Tennessee where she grows lavender. She enjoys spending time with her dog Cooper and her many farm animals - all with names!

Ann Austin, Team Lead, has over 12 years’ experience providing services to individuals and has provided consulting services to organizations through the Ticket to Work Program. In 2012, Ann achieved the Community Partner Work Incentives Counselor (CPWIC) certification and holds a bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University. Before Working in the Ticket to Work Program, Ann spent many years supporting the operations of for-profit companies .
As Team Lead, Ann guides the Human Solutions Team in providing high quality employment and benefits counseling services.
Ann resides in Western PA where you'll often find her gardening while her wily cat hides in the carrots. She also enjoys preserving her home-grown produce, cooking, refinishing furniture, and a good mystery novel.

Jessica Andino, Work Incentive and Long-term Support Specialist has 20 years’ experience in the Human Services field. She possesses a Community Work Incentive Coordinator (CWIC) certification from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services from Florida Atlantic University. Jessica specializes in providing detailed benefits counseling to individuals with disabilities. She has served the CWIC role for the last 11 years working for a Social Security-funded program called Work Incentive Planning and Assistance (WIPA). As a Community Work Incentive Coordinator, Jessica is responsible for providing accurate, detailed, and client-specific information on the work incentives available by Social Security. This specialized benefits counseling is vital in helping clients to gain independence and move toward self-sufficiency. In addition, Jessica specializes in the work incentive People Achieving Self Support (PASS) which allows beneficiaries to save money toward a vocational goal. Jessica’s tenure and vast experience working with beneficiaries who receive multiple government and state benefits, has provided a level of expertise in understanding the intricacies of the programs and work incentives available to them.
Jessica resides in Hudson Valley, NY and her hobbies include spending time outdoors, fitness, and living a healthy lifestyle. Her passion is to continue to provide the necessary information and guidance for people with disabilities to live a better life, whatever that life may be!

Jennifer Bishilany, Career Specialist, is a Certified Community Work Incentive Coordinator (CWIC) through Social Security Administration and has been providing benefits counseling services to people with disabilities since 2019. She also comes to us with private sector experience in the insurance and finance industries assisting clients in navigating their benefits and specific needs.
Jenn is passionate about helping her clients reach their goals and their potential. She believes each small choice you make in life either gets you closer or further away from your goals - small choices become large changes. Her "mantra" is that "Change is the only constant in life” and our thoughts drive our outcomes. Being an extremely optimistic person by nature, Jenn believes having positive thoughts will bring positive outcomes!
In addition to being highly organized, she's also an excellent communicator! Her effective communication, organizational and interpersonal skills enable her to educate and guide clients through a sound analysis of their needs and career goals.
In her free time, Jenn enjoys exercising, spending time with her dogs Pixel and Nick (Nico), and being with her family.

Lynda Habash, Administrative Specialist, assists in handling the day-to-day operations of the Human Solutions Ticket to Work Program. Lynda works one-on-one with clients and ensures all client files are accurate and up to date. She has been working with the Ticket to Work Program since 2010. Lynda’s background in instructional design and training also allows her to support local and statewide training offered by Human Solutions. Her diligence and business savvy have made her an invaluable Human Solutions team member.
Lynda achieved the Community Partner Work Incentives Counselor (CPWIC) certification in 2023.
Lynda lives in Orange County, California with her family and dog. In her free time, Lynda enjoys boating with her family and spending time outdoors.

With a focus on career counseling individuals who have a desire to make meaning of their work lives, Juan Llamas, Career Specialist has an understanding on how the client-counselor relationship fosters growth and change. He brings over 15 years of experience in the workforce development field and his goal is to assist clients to overcome obstacles that may inhibit them from finding meaningful employment. Throughout his career, Juan has gained valuable knowledge of what employers are seeking in their next employee and encouraging individuals to reach and achieve beyond their expectations. Some of his specialties include career assessments, resume development, and realistic goal-setting.
When he isn’t building or tuning-up a resume, Juan’s probably building or tuning-up a classic muscle car as he is an enthusiast. Growing up in the “hot rod capitol” of the world, So-Cal, he enjoys getting his hands dirty and making cars run right. So, not only can he help you rev up your job search, Juan can also help you get in the fast-lane to achieving your goals.
